By providing a higher level of service to our clients, we are building a business that is based on referrals and repeat business. This allows us to spend more time properly servicing our client's needs rather than constantly pursuing new business. We know that we can provide a quality product, but if the process is not an enjoyable one, chances are that our clients will not refer people to us, or that they will want to come back to us themselves. Our goal is to be our clients "Real Estate Consultant For Life".
What Makes "A Referral Based Business" Different?
A traditional real estate salesperson is in it for the "one-time" deal and therefore has no obligation to provide you with a higher level of service. They typically operate their business on a per-deal basis. Their goal is to do as many transactions as possible in a given year. They are always starting the new year at ground zero searching for new business.

As a real estate consultant, our job is to provide the client with their best options, not our self-serving opinions. Our goal is to provide the client with such a superior level of service that they will be excited to come back to us for their future needs, as well as recommend their family, friends and associates to us.
